The Tasty Italia – International Travel Culinary Program at Centro Studi Italiani offers an immersive journey into Italian language, culture, and cuisine. By the end of the program, you will gain hands-on experience in Italian culinary traditions, from cooking classes and tastings to workshops with chefs and producers. Tasty Italia Program Outline
This program includes conversational Italian classes (with a focus on kitchen and culinary arts vocabulary), thematic activities, meetings and hands-on experiences (wine, truffle, cheese, cooking classes, etc.), cultural excursions to postcard locations, an overnight Food Valley Tour in the Modena area, and a capstone weekend in Rome.
Housing and transportation
You will be staying in comfortable and furnished shared apartments in the city center. You will share a double room with another student. Airport transfers and all in-land transportations are included.

The program is mainly based in Urbania.
