If you have any doubt, this page can help you!

1 – When does my course start?

Usually, our courses start on Mondays. In any case, the beginning date must be agreed with the student office.

2 – How long is my course?

Except for group programs, our courses are flexible and students can choose the length of their course.

3 – On which days will be my course?

If you haven’t chosen a course with daily attendance, the days of your course will have to be agreed with the student office according to the needs of all participants.

4 – What happens if I need to cancel my booking before the course starts?

If you cancel your application within 14 days from the payment of the deposit, you will be entirely refunded, only bank charges will be deducted. After this period, the deposit will not be refunded. You can choose whether to use the deposit for a new application or to give it to a friend, no later than the current year.

5 – What happens if I need to cancel my booking due to COVID-19?

If the cancellation is due to Covid-19, the school will provide you with a voucher equal to the amount already paid, to spend for a different kind of course (for example online courses) or in a different period within the current or following year.

6 – What happens if I need to interrupt my course?

The remaining part of the course will be converted into a credit that you can use for another course within the same calendar year.

7 – What happens if I choose a group course but there are no group classes of my level in the period I prefer?

If there is no class of your level, the student office will notice you and suggest you to postpone your course or convert your group course into private sessions until reaching the paid amount (€45 for private class).

8 – What happens if I want to transfer my booking from one Centro Studi Italiani school to another?

It is possible to transfer your booking from one Centro Studi Italiani school to another. The transfer must be confirmed by the student office.

9 – When can I get to know the extra activities available during the period of my stay?

The available extra activities will be presented on your first day at school. You can register and pay extra activities directly at the student office.

10 – What is the booking procedure if I need to apply for a student visa?

If you need to apply for a student visa, the school will ask you to pay the entire course tuition and will provide you with all the necessary documents.
Once you obtain your visa, you can’t either cancel or change the dates of your course for which the visa has been given. If you do not attend classes for two consecutive days without informing the school beforehand, the school will assume the responsibility of informing the police about your unjustified absence.
In case of visa refusal, Centro Studi Italiani will refund the entire amount and will only deduct €100 for secretarial costs. In this case, Centro Studi Italiani will ask for the visa refusal letter from the Embassy. If the visa is obtained and you cancel your course, there will be no refund.
