Fatto a Mano con passione is an immersive program dedicated to Italian tailoring crafts in a rural context. It combines Italian lessons (fashion/art focus), visits to production realities (cashmere, wool, leather) and experiences related to traditional techniques (tailoring, guado, bobbin lace). In addition, the program includes some excursions (like Brunello Cucinelli, Florence, and more) and a final weekend in Rome.

Hand-made with passion Program Outline
The fashion course includes conversational Italian classes and visits/activities focused on: cashmere, yarn, ceramic jewelry, tailoring, guado dyeing, bobbin lace, leather goods and natural colors. It also includes 4 excursions (Brunello Cucinelli, Urbino, San Marino/Rimini, Florence) and a weekend in Rome (2 nights).
Housing and transportation
You will stay in centrally located and furnished shared apartments. You will share a double room with another student. Airport transfers, bus transportation for all excursions and company visits and the weekend in Rome are included.
Where is it held?
The program is based in Urbania, at the headquarters of Centro Studi Italiani, where lectures and some activities will take place. From there, participants will also depart for visits to local craft and industrial enterprises.
