1. When does my course start?
- Online group courses: We offer three start dates per year for each level. Please confirm the exact start date with the student office, as it may vary.
- Private, couple, business, and exam preparation courses: These have flexible start dates, to be arranged directly with the student office.
2. How long is my course?
- Online group courses: Each module consists of 45 hours, usually held at a pace of 3 hours per week. This means a module typically lasts about 15 weeks (approx. 4 months).
- All other courses: Duration is flexible and depends on the number of hours purchased and the weekly schedule agreed with the student office.
3. Which days will my course be on?
The days of your course will have to be agreed with the student office according to participant needs and teacher availability.
4. What happens if I need to interrupt my course?
The remaining part of the course will be converted into a credit that you can use for another course within the same calendar year.
5. What happens if I choose a group course but there are no group classes at my level during my preferred period?
If there is no available class at your level, the student office will inform you and offer two options:
- Postpone the start of your course, or
- Convert your group course into private lessons, based on the amount paid (the price for a private session of 60 minutes is €45).
