1 – When does my course start?

Usually, our courses start on Mondays. In any case, the beginning date must be agreed with the student office.

2 – How long is my course?

The course is structure in 8-week modules. You can decide how many modules you would like to do based on your entry level and final goal.

3 – On which days will be my course?

The days of your course will have to be agreed with the student office according to the needs of all participants.

4- What happens if I need to cancel my booking before the course starts?

If you cancel your application within 14 days from the payment of the deposit, you will be entirely refunded, only bank charges will be deducted. After this period, the paid amount will be converted into a credit to be used in another course within 12 months.

5 – What happens if I need to interrupt my course?

The remaining part of the course will be converted into a credit that you can use for another course within 12 month.

6 – What happens if I choose a group course but there are no group classes of my level in the period I prefer?

If there is no class of your level, the student office will notice you and suggest you to postpone your course or convert your group course into private sessions until reaching the paid amount (€45 for private class).
