ENROLMENT FEES
The standard course duration is 4 weeks. A student
may also enrol in courses of 2 o 3 weeks,
or in courses of 8, 12, etc., according to his or her needs.

The Centro Studi Italiani is open all year. For national holidays the school
will be closed on the following days: 17 April, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June,
25 July, 15 August, 1 November, 8 December (2008).
ACCOMMODATION
The
school takes care of finding accommodation for students and assists
them during their stay. By way of example we list some accommodation
solutions available in Urbania. Indicate with numbers 1,2,3 your choices
in order of preference and these will be considered when your accommodation
is alloted, in accordance with the date of your enrolment. Prices refer to one week's stay and are valid until 31-12-2008.
FURNISHED APARTMENTS
All apartments have a
kitchen, bathroom and one or more bedrooms. The apartments are provided
with sheets and towels.

In Spring

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
No
particular documents are required for enrolment. Fill in the "on-line" enrolment form (see below) and send it with a deposit (€ 249, net
of bank or postal charges, for courses of up to 4 weeks; € 498 for
a course of up to 8 weeks; etc.).
Method
of payment:
- Credit card: as provided in one
of the two "on-line" enrolment forms.
- Bank: payment to c/c N° 4545, Banca delle Marche, Agenzia
di Urbania, IBAN: IT47 G060 5568 6900 0000 0004 545; SWIFT: BAMAIT3A;
- Post Office: (International telegraphic money order);
- Cheque made out to: CENTRO STUDI
ITALIANI - Urbania, to be attached to the enrolment form and sent by
registered post.
Enrolment can only take place when we have received the deposit payment.
WITHDRAWAL
RIGHT (enrolment) Italian law D.L. 15 January 1992,n. 50
within 7 days of paying your deposit. If you wish to withdraw within
this period your deposit can be refunded, less bank charges. After this
period your deposit is not refundable but you may use it to enrol for
another course or you may pass this opportunity on to another person.
We
ask you to send the form as soon as possible giving us time to
organize a personalized service. If there should be less than
a month before the start, telephone for confirmation.
You will receive by return from us the receipt of your payment with
confirmation of your enrolment in the course and the accommodation reservation.
The remaining amount for the enrolment and accommodation is
to be paid in a convenient fashion at the beginning of the course,
according to the formula chosen and confirmed by us. The amount due
can be paid to our bank also by credit card.
