Willkommen im "Centro Studi
Italiani" von Urbania, dem ersten Institut für Sprache und Kultur für internationale Studenten in der Region Marke, 1968 gegründet von Carlo Amedeo_Pasotto. Seit den Anfängen haben Studenten aus über 120 Ländern die Sprachschule besucht. Urbania ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, reich an Kunst und Kultur, gastfreundlich und sicher. Jeder spricht hier italienisch und es ist hier leicht Freundschaften zu schließen und so die italienische Sprache anzuwenden, eine ideale Alternative gegenüber den vom Massentourismus durchdrungenen Großstädten. Hinzu kommt, dass das Gebiet zwischen der Toskana und der Adria eines der schönsten und historischsten in Italien ist. Berge, das Meer, Hügelketten sowie die Nähe zu den Hauptkulturstädten in Mittelitalien. Unsere Italienisch- und Kulturkurse sind einzigartig in Ihrer Art. Unser Standard-Intensivkurs umfasst 25 Stunden pro Woche ( und nicht nur 20 Stunden, was normalerweise unter einem Intensivkurs verstanden wird), mit einem sehr abwechslungsreichen Programm reich an Unterrichtsmaterial welches sowohl Konversation als auch Kenntnisse der italienischen Kultur beinhaltet alles in den Kursgebühren enthalten). Wir bieten außerdem eine große Vielfalt an Spezialkursen an, unter anderem Kunstkurse und Kurse über die traditionelle italienische Küche. |

throughout the year (see course calendar). Students who are preparing for the Theological Faculties of the Pontifical Universities are entitled to a 20% discount on the Italian language and culture courses’ enrolment fee.
Housing
We offer 4 different housing options. Prices are calculated for 4 week periods, and should therefore be multiplied by 3 for the preparatory term and by 6 for a semester.
The school arranges housing for students and assists them during the course of their stay. By way of example we list some lodging options available in Urbania. Simply indicate with numbers 1, 2 and 3 your choices in order of preference and every effort will be made to accommodate your choice, according to the date of your application. Prices remain valid until 12-31-2009.

Our school in Urbania (located in the northeastern province of Pesaro and Urbino) offers a series of unique advantages:
Urbania is a pleasant, rural town: quiet and safe, rich in history and the arts. There is no mass tourism and visitors routinely find it easy to make friends and practise their Italian at all levels.
Courses in grammar, conversation and culture are offered at 8 levels; class sizes are small (6 – 12 persons); teaching programs can be adapted to individual needs.
Specialized programs adapted to philosophical and theological students.
Opportunities for participation in local parish work and ecclesiastical groups.
