TRADITIONAL ITALIAN COOKERY COURSES

This course proposes to the students the learning of the art of cooking typical, traditional Italian and regional dishes in the easiest and most practical way. Students prepare the dishes together with the teacher who gives cultural advice and information regarding the ingredients, the traditions and all that incorporates a true "culture" of the traditional culinary art. The course is held on 2 evenings a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and concludes with dinner together with the food that has been prepared. Naturally, these moments are excellent opportunities to practise the language and strengthen friendships within very pleasant surroundings.
Cost for 4 weeks: € 130. Foodstuffs used during the lesson are to be paid for separately at the end of each evening.

(Enrolment in the supplementary art and cookery courses is to be made directly in Urbania on the first day of the course).
