How to reach Urbania





We suggest you arrive in Urbania on the Sunday before the beginning of your course, but please be aware that buses run less frequently on Sundays. If you wish to arrive at any other time, please contact the school on urbania@centrostuditaliani.org


 

 

 

Arriving from the north or south: take the A14 motorway and exit at Pesaro. Continue to Urbino, Fermignano and then to Urbania.

Arriving from south-west (Rome–Perugia) Take the Via Flaminia going towards Fano. Exit at Acqualagna, and then follow signs to Urbania.

 

 

 

 

There is no train station in Urbania. The nearest stations are Pesaro or Fano.

From the train station in Pesaroor Fano take a bus to Urbino and then another bus to Urbania. For bus  timetables visit www.adriabus.eu. Buses leave from outside the train station.

From ROME there is  a bus to Urbino from Rome Tiburtina station (see www.adriabus.eu.)

In Pesaro and Fan the bus stop is outside the railway station.

It may be necessary to take a bus to Urbino and then switch to a bus for Urbania.

 

 

 

The nearest airports to Urbania are Ancona (www.ancona-airport.com), Rimini (www.riminiairport.com), Forlì (www.forliairport.com) and Bologna (www.bologna-airport.it).

If you are coming from the USA we suggest you fly to Milan (www.sea-aeroportimilano.it) proceed to Pesaro by train and then by bus to Urbania.

 

 

 

There are frequent ferries from Croatia and Greece to Ancona (there are also tourist ports in Pesaro and Fano).  From Ancona continue by train to Pesaro or Fano and then by bus to Urbania. It may be necessary to take a bus to Urbino and then switch to a bus for Urbania.
